The fresh, subtly fragrant peppercorn that can be flaked over sweet or savoury dishes. Freeze dried to preserve the colour, shape and flavour. Goes well with strawberries and rhubarb dishes. Also add to meat or fish for a subtle, fresh peppery crust.
