Red Jalapenos are the same as green but left on the vine longer to ripen. Think red & green peppers. The result is a sweeter but surprisingly no hotter chilli. Use them to top nachos, fajitas and pizzas or add them to chilli con carne and other casseroles to cook-in a sweeter, tangier flavour.
